1. Eligibility

• ✅ Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
• ❌ Non-Returnable:
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Final sale items (marked at checkout)
  • Orders older than 14 days

2. Return Process

1. Step 1: Email [email protected] within 7 days with:
   • Order number
   • Photos of unworn dress with tags attached
   • Reason for return
2. Step 2: Wait for our prepaid return label (US/EU only)
3. Step 3: Ship back within 5 days of approval

3. Refund Details

4. Exchanges

We currently only support returns for refunds. For size exchanges:

• Return original dress following standard process
• Place a new order for correct size

5. Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement.
